Transmission Product Manager |
| Job Description |
. Support sales teams to develop competitive strategy including strategic business model, feasible action plan and execution to achieve sales target
2. Perform optical and microwave market and competitor analysis and develop competitive solutions and strategy roadmap to effectively market Company microwave solutions and products
3. Participate in bidding procedures for transmission (including SDH, WDM, micropwave, submarine system etc) projects, involve in network planning, designing, equipment dimensioning , quotation preparing, technical proposal, SOC, contract negotiation and documentation etc
4. Deliver technical presentations on Company transmission solutions and products and participate in pre sales and brand promotion activities such as exhibitions, workshops and product demonstrations. |
| Desired Profile |
1. Bachelor degree in telecom engineering or equivalent
2. 3+ years working experience in telecom environment
3. Transmission product & solutions experience, deeply understand telecom network systems and infrastructures
4. Effective team player, self motivated, result-oriented and also capable of working independently
5. Be able to travel frequently around the ME region
6. Strong presentation and negotiation skills
7. Excellent English communication skills
