| Job Description |
1. Overall successful delivery of credit risk management policy and solutions
2. Ability to undertake customer and large project risk analysis assignments
3. Establish and monitor credit ratings and credit line assessment
4. Ability to create detailed financial and credit risk reports by region, country and customer as required to support regional business leaders in their market strategy
5. In addition to the customer focused credit analysis, the Credit Expert needs to have a good understanding of sovereign risk, industry and market risk, financing solutions, bank relationships, capital structure analysis as well as risk mitigation and credit enhancement methods in relation to vendor and bank financing
6. Participate in implementation of supporting systems, procedures and credit tools to deliver high quality risk evaluation methodology for regional businesses
7. Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative with minimum supervision and be able to deliver accurate and quality reports within tight deadlines
8. Ability to travel frequently . |
| Desired Profile |
1. Minimum of 5 years related work experience, preferably within an international company in the telecom industry or credit risk in investment banking
2. Degree in Business or Finance / Accounting / Economics; MBA or similar would be an advantage
3. Proven track record of delivering successful solutions to credit or risk management problems
4. Good knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry especially in the mobile telecom sector
5. Excellent client relationship skills, effective team player, strong negotiation and communication skills, proven success in delivering winning solutions and a track record of consistently meeting challenging business goals
6. Expert knowledge of interpreting financial statements, business plan analysis, credit and financial risk assessment and financial solutions.
