Senior VAS Manager |
| Job Description |
1. Function as ICT Innovation expert, introduce advanced innovation experience and method to Application innovation center. That will include team structure, working method, industry suggestion, and new ideas/products esp. on VAS/BSS/MBB/IPTV.
2. By communication with Etisalat to collect and clarify customer essential requirements, and guide innovation center to deliver products as customer required.
3. Make research in ICT related fields, include technical trend analysis, competence analysis etc.
4. Organize strategic Top-talk workshops and participate important industry expos.Speech on innovation applications in essential conferences and push Huawei be member of some panels/workshops. |
| Desired Profile |
. Good English and Arabic speaking and listening and excellent communication skills.
2. Deep knowledge of telecom operator technical, service structure and evolution path of telecom service. At least 2 years R&D background on world leading company in Telecommunication or IT software industry (esp. VAS/BSS/IPTV/MBB service) and at least 5 years marketing/sales/consultant experience with ME carrier, esp. Etisalat.Proven expertise in innovating new ICT products/services and successful cases in cooperation with operators is must.
3. Business-oriented project development and willing to drive innovative business development & deepen strategic cooperation.
4. Valid Membership of industry panels/workshops should be expected.Candidates who has already built-up good relationship with Etisalat MKT or planning dept. is most preferred
5. Personality: Open-minded, cooperative/teamwork, dedicated and hardworking.
