| Job Description |
1. Provide training to management, including but not limited to developing training procedures, developing the learning platform, leadership development, HRMS management
2. Learning resources building and management. including but not limited to courses management, lecturers management, program management.
3. Training specialists management: Strengthening the capability of training specialists in Rep.offices; guiding the learning development work in Rep. offices |
| Desired Profile |
a) University degree in related discipline
b) 5 + years experience in learning development, HR fields
c) At least 2 years experience working as Learning Development Manager
d) Flexible to travel among countries of ME region
e) Excellent English speaker
