1. Act as leader for technical solution delivering and developing for key accounts, integrating the resources from all product linesÙ¾Cprovide customized solutions. The total solution includes: service planning, network planning, managed service planning, business consulting, and operations consulting;
2. Based on market demand and corporate solutions strategy, formulate and implements the customer-oriented total solutions. Through the technical clarifications of the major projects, the technical exchanges with CTO and other high-level management, , to ensure the achievement of the solutionsÙ¾f brand;
3. Promote the success of the major projects and the combination of multi-product sales.
4. Specific task description (both need to treat with):
1) Total network planning: including service planning, fixed network planning and mobile network planning;
2) Business consulting: including marketing analysis; strategy analysis; marketing strategy; financial analysis; business model. |
1. Rich industries experience in the business, consulting, marketing, management or pre-sales technical support. At least 2 years for applicant of solution manager and 4 years for applicant of senior solution manager working experience in multi-national telecommunications company or famous carriers or the leading telecommunication consultancy.
2. Familiar with MENA telecom market;
3. Technical knowledge of telecommunication network and services. Familiar with at least one kind of telecom network, e.g. mobile network, with solid knowledge of GSM/CDMA/UMTS network, or fixed network (IMS, NGN, Access network, broadband network), or Bearer network (data, transmission network), or services and applications (Intelligent network, VAS,...);
4. A good sense in solution marketing; multi-network and product knowledge, and good understanding of them are preferred;
5. Basic knowledge of the Marketing and Financial, knowing how to fulfill a business plan for telecommunication project is preferred;
6. With strong orientation of success, passion to work, good influence skills, good at information gathering and analysis, very good team player and team leader, presentation skills;
7. Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science Electronics or related technical fields, holding MBA is preferred;
8. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Chinese or knowledge of Chinese is preferred;
9. Willingness to travel abroad among the MENA;
10. Excellent negotiation skills, strong achievement orientation and a good sense of teamwork.
11. Chinese speakers are preferable.
