Data Security Analyst |
| Job Description |
-Assist in the development, maintenance and support of the Bank’s data security requirements and other components of the Information Security Program to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of the Bank’s information assets.
-Identify major risk areas and assess whether the controls in place are sufficient to mitigate risk.
-Assist in analysis and technical tasks involving assignment and coordination of measures to provide information assurance, event detection and rapid response across various environments of the enterprise.
-Monitor and evaluate the integration of information security solutions including security architectures, firewall administration, and implementation of new security products.
-Review network activity logs, user activity related to access authorization and utilization.
-Investigate, document and report any actual or potential information security violation or inappropriate computer usage.
-Manage forensic analysis, cyber-crime investigation, and incident emergency response and investigations.
-Collect metrics information to measure and report the effectiveness of security solutions.
-Manage the development of the organization’s information security policies & procedures and security awareness activity. |
| Desired Profile |
-Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering.
-Certification in a related field i.e. CISSP, CISM, CEH, CPT.
-Minimum 2 years of relevant IT and information security experience.
-Knowledge of application systems, network architecture, database, O/S security (including UNIX, Solaris, Linux and Windows) multiple platforms, web-based systems, Anti-virus, PKI, Active directory.
-Technical, analytical and communications skills.
