| Job Description |
To provide health, safety and security advice and guidance to all employees with the project locations to ensure that It’s business undertakings are done in such a way as to reduce loss (people, plant and equipment) thus contributing positively to the location safety and security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain the project locations Health, Safety and Security Management Systems, in conjunction with and aligned to the project locations objectives, to support the achievement of the Company Health, Safety and Security Policies and business objectives.
• Provide a comprehensive day to day project locations Health, Safety and Security service to support core Capital Projects activities and associated processes.
• Record, monitor and report locations Health, Safety and Security training courses and where necessary to assist with their delivery.
• Deliver the locations comprehensive audit plan and conduct Health, Safety and Security Audits, reviews and assessments to identify areas of improvements and to assess overall performance and make recommendations for action.
• Identify and maximize continual improvement opportunities within the project locations and its processes to aid the achievement of Capital Projects business objectives.
• Manage the Health, Safety and Security investigation team to identify root causes of incident failure & implement corrective action. |
| Desired Profile |
• Graduate of BS Engineering, with certificate of latest AUTOCAD version.
• With at least 3-5years work experience in FMCG/n Projects.
• With NEBOSH certificate or post Graduate Certificate in Construction Health, Safety and Security.
• Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and others
• With background in Civil Engineering construction, an experience in a variety of software used for different specialized situations/s is an advantage.
• With thorough knowledge in CAD applications and shall possess the required problem solving skills.
• A team player, can work with the other project staff and able to coordinate with internal branches and contractors.
